Sydney Courtney joined Tradd Management in August 2022 and serves as a Commercial Property Manager. A native of the Myrtle Beach area and well-connected in the community, she brings regional insight and a strong understanding of the coastal market.

Sydney manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties for high-net-worth clients, including trusts and estates. Her responsibilities include property budgeting, CAM reconciliations, financial reporting, and oversight of property operations. She has direct experience managing eviction proceedings and works closely with legal teams to ensure compliance and resolution.

Sydney holds a South Carolina real estate license and is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
