Stephen Lashower, CPA serves as Assistant Controller for Tradd Management. Lashower’s responsibilities focus on financial modeling, audit preparation, and strategic operational oversight across the organization’s portfolio and management operations. He works closely with leadership to strengthen operational performance and advance long term management initiatives.

His experience spans across leadership positions in large multinational organizations across hospitality, property management, manufacturing, and aviation. Prior to joining Tradd, Lashower led the finance and operations of a Myrtle Beach vacation rental management company.

Lashower is an active CPA and licensed Property Manager with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Coastal Carolina University and a Master of Accountancy from University of South Carolina.
