Pat Clark, CPM is the Director of Operations and Broker in Charge for Tradd Management and Tradd Commercial in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Responsibilities include coordination of the teams assigned to portfolio and property management accounts, board room presentations, client relations and corporate governance. Ms. Clark also oversees standard operating procedures to assure accountability and effective communication lines.

Prior to joining Tradd in 2005, Ms. Clark served over 20 years among two different prominent real estate companies located in the Myrtle Beach MSA. Her responsibilities included sales and management operations whereby she has been highly recognized for performance and growth.

Pat Clark hails from Camden, South Carolina and earned a bachelor’s degree from USC-Coastal Carolina. She has been awarded the CPM designation, holds a South Carolina Broker-in-Charge license, and is a member of the SC State IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) chapter. Clark is involved in numerous community organizations and is a member of Christ United Methodist Church.
