Mara Love serves as a Senior Asset Manager at Tradd Management, a regional commercial asset management firm serving the Carolinas with offices in Charlotte, NC, Greenville, SC, and Myrtle Beach, SC. She manages a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties on behalf of high net worth individuals, estates, trusts, and investment entities.

Mara specializes in developing and executing portfolio investment strategies. Her responsibilities include comprehensive financial modeling & analysis, capital allocation planning, performance benchmarking, reporting & presentations, and overseeing day-to-day portfolio operations. She coordinates activity of the property management team, brokerage team, and project management team to ensure alignment with investment goals.

Known affectionately by some clients as “Aunt Mara,” she plays an essential role in working with estate beneficiaries, helping manage their monthly financial distributions, guiding smooth legacy transitions, and fostering positive family relationships. She collaborates with the Tradd team to implement systems that ensure confidentiality, enforce secure financial protocols, and provide reliable communication channels for investors.

Mara holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She holds a South Carolina Broker License and serves as the Broker-in-Charge for North Carolina. In her personal life, Mara is actively involved in her community through her participation in the First Presbyterian Church of Greenville and the Junior League of Greenville, SC.
