Karley Watts serves as the Property Systems Integration Manager at Tradd Management. She oversees the seamless operation of platforms that integrate internal systems, client interactions, and customer support, enhancing Tradd’s ability to deliver innovative and efficient property management services. In addition to her technical expertise, Karley is an experienced property manager, ensuring properties are managed with precision and a focus on client satisfaction.

Before joining Tradd Management, Karley worked in the leasing and management department of a multifamily property management company. Karley is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate. She holds a South Carolina Real Estate License and is actively involved in her community, participating in the Grand Strand Young Professionals Organization through the Grand Strand Chamber of Commerce and as a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
