Heather Ellis serves as the Director of Property Management for Tradd Management. She oversees the operations of commercial properties with a focus on office and retail assets. In addition to her core responsibilities, Heather also oversees project management assignments involving capital improvements, tenant coordination, and vendor oversight.

Before joining Tradd Management in 2012, Heather held various property management roles across multi-family housing, annual rentals, homeowner associations, and commercial properties. She previously led a management division where she tripled the size of the portfolio under her direction.

Heather holds the CMCA designation from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) and is a licensed real estate professional in South Carolina, and an active member of Palmetto Pointe Church of God.
