Adam Hall serves as an Advisor with Tradd Commercial, specializing in investment sales and leasing. His primary market is the south end of the Myrtle Beach MSA, encompassing the Hwy 17 corridor and Georgetown, SC. He works with investors, business owners, and corporate site selectors targeting properties within the Grand Strand’s south-end communities.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of South Carolina, Hall began his career as a business owner with the launch of Groucho’s Deli of Pawleys Island. He later expanded as a multi-unit franchisee, overseeing operations, financial performance, and team development for more than 15 years. Following the sale of his franchise operations, he transitioned into commercial real estate under a national affiliation before joining Tradd Commercial.

Hall is a member of the CCAR Commercial Investment Division and serves on the CCAR Legislative Advisory Council. He holds a South Carolina Real Estate License, is a member of the Georgetown County Zoning Board of Appeals, and serves on the advisory panel for Teach My People.
