Tradd Management began association management for HOA’s and POA’s in the late 2000’s and attracted high level personnel with strong association management backgrounds. Entry into this field was in response to our lending institution clients’ desire for us to take over non-performing developments during the “Great Recession”. We stabilized stalled projects and strengthened the associations for the ability to continue the development realizing its original intention. Our commercial management portfolio and market share gave us a competitive advantage in tapping resources and synergies. Combining technology with a team approach by strong people has allowed Tradd to become a recognized leader in association management; for which we serve the oceanfront and communities of the Carolina coast.

Resort Properties
Existing properties under management include properties operated by rental companies and ones where we serve in the operational role. Tradd members serve in leadership roles for organizations and action committees involved in the promotion of the tourism industry and conditions impacting housing and lodging.
Residential Communities
Our account volume provides for bulk service abilities and strong vendor relationships. Community associations under management include single family subdivisions, townhomes, and condominiums ranging from low rise to high rise.

Court Receivership
Tradd has been hired by numerous lending institutions, especially during the “Great Recession”, to take over non-performing developments. Duties included securing the development and stabilizing the project for resale to another investor for development completion, strengthening the HOA in all aspects to assure health of the project allowing financing for individual unit ownership, and structuring and preparing for transfer of declarant rights.
New Developments
Tradd Management is experienced in working with developers to create communities and assist attorneys with the creation of HOA documents, covenants and restrictions, and architectural guidelines.
