Karley Watts

Karley Watts serves as the Communications Manager at Tradd Management. She oversees communication processes to ensure property information and two-way lines of communication are accessible and effective with owners. Prior to joining Tradd, she worked in the leasing and management department for an apartment community.

Karley is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, earning a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. She is an active member of the Grand Strand Young Professionals Organization through the Grand Strand Chamber of Commerce and a dedicated member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Karley holds a SC Real Estate License.
