Jeff Miro serves as a Regional Manager for Tradd Management, overseeing facilities and property management accounts throughout the Upstate and Midlands of South Carolina. Based in the Greenville, SC office, Jeff works with clients and advisory boards to maximize their real estate asset holdings through oversight and implementation of The Tradd Advantage, which involves budgeting, accounts receivable and vendor management, capital improvements, project management, as well as risk management processes.
Jeff has over 24 years of experience, BOMA designation of Facilities Management Administrator. Previous employment includes 18 years with a large southeast facilities management corporation where he served in senior management roles. Major accounts included Wells Fargo, BBVA Compass Bank, AT&T, Walgreens, SunTrust, Mercantile Bank, Iberia Bank and Northern Trust.
Jeff has a BS degree in Business Management from Charleston Southern University, completed Dale Carnegie training, and is an Eagle Scout. Jeff was raised in James Island and has lived in upstate for over 24 years. He attends Simpsonville Methodist Church and is active in mission field to include Salkehatchie since 2010 to and Hands Helping Homes since 2014.
