Chris Chapman serves as an Advisor at Tradd Commercial, specializing in office and retail brokerage. His primary focus is on the activity centers and major corridors of the communities comprising the Grand Strand. Chris maintains extensive sales and leasing data and has a strong network of community and business connections.

A fourth-generation Myrtle Beach local with deep family ties to the tourism industry, Chris gained firsthand experience working in all aspects of hospitality. He holds a degree in Tourism Management from the University of South Carolina, is actively engaged in professional networks across the Myrtle Beach MSA, and is a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina.

Scott E. McNew with Tradd Commercial has been awarded the NAR National Commercial Award. Award recipients are REALTOR® members of the National Association of REALTORS® and nominated by their state or local board or commercial group for recognition of their professional achievements at the national level. McNew was one of three South Carolinians chosen for the award; in all, 79 agents were recognized nationally.

“NAR is proud of these members who have made significant contributions and give substantially of their time to further our industry or assist in community programs. This is our way to acknowledge their efforts and the recognition they’ve earned,” according to Jean Maday, NAR’s Director for Commercial Development & Services.

CCIM Institute, one of the largest commercial real estate networks in the world with chapters in more than 30 global markets, announced its 2018 leadership team at the organization’s global conference in Toronto, Oct. 14–18. Tradd Management announces new Systems Administrator, Jennifer Calamari

Tradd Management is pleased to announce that Jennifer Calamari has been named Systems Administrator. She oversees operational support for the financing department of both the Association and Commercial Property Management divisions.
Originally from Shrewsbury, NJ, Jennifer has resided in Myrtle Beach for over 25 years. She holds an A.B. Degree from Duke University, majoring in Psychology and Political Science. Jen is active in the community, attends First Presbyterian Church of Myrtle Beach, and serves on the Duke University Alumni Admissions Advisory Council.
