After months of planning and construction, Burky’s Grill has officially reopened its doors with a completely renovated space. Tradd Management led the project management from start to finish, ensuring each phase stayed on schedule and aligned with ownership and tenant’s vision. From contractor coordination to timeline oversight, the team delivered a seamless and efficient process. On the leasing side, Brad Davis of Tradd Commercial worked closely with ownership to manage lease negotiations and tenant coordination, facilitating a smooth transition back to operations.

A longtime favorite along Kings Highway, Burky’s Grill has maintained its signature 50s-style diner aesthetic and familiar menu, ready to welcome both loyal patrons and new guests alike.
