Brad Davis

SENIOR ADVISOR

Brad Davis joined Tradd Commercial in 2017 and focuses on the office/medical sales and leasing marketing in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina MSA.  He has been involved in the commercial real estate industry in multiple capacities since 2005.  Prior to entering brokerage, Davis served as an analyst, monitoring commercial land sale trends for the southeast’s leading provider of commercial real estate data.

In 2007, Davis was hired by John Dixon & Associates, one of America’s leading real estate auction companies, to manage online auctions and business development.  He assisted numerous regional and national financial institutions and the FDIC with the liquidation of over $300 million in REO portfolios.

Davis is a graduate of Georgia Southern with a degree in Business Administration and holds real estate licenses in both South Carolina and Georgia.  He is a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors, where he is a member of the Commercial Investment Division.  His family attends First Methodist Church of Myrtle Beach.
