CCIM Institute, one of the largest commercial real estate networks in the world with chapters in more than 30 global markets, announced its 2018 leadership team at the organization’s global conference in Toronto, Oct. 14–18. CCIM Institute confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement. Eddie Blanton, CCIM, principal and senior advisor with Tradd Commercial in Charlotte, N.C., will serve as 2018 First Vice President of CCIM Institute.

Tradd Management announces new Systems Administrator, Jennifer Calamari

Tradd Management is pleased to announce that Jennifer Calamari has been named Systems Administrator. She oversees operational support for the financing department of both the Association and Commercial Property Management divisions.
Originally from Shrewsbury, NJ, Jennifer has resided in Myrtle Beach for over 25 years. She holds an A.B. Degree from Duke University, majoring in Psychology and Political Science. Jen is active in the community, attends First Presbyterian Church of Myrtle Beach, and serves on the Duke University Alumni Admissions Advisory Council.

Tradd Commercial Announces New Controller, Tara Alford

Tradd Commercial is pleased to announce that Tara Alford has been named Controller. Tara Alford serves as Controller for Tradd Commercial. She oversees financial activity, procedures, and quality control for the properties under management. Tara utilizes a technology platform providing web based real-time data for our clients and also payment process efficiencies through multiple avenues including lock box, in-branch, and automatic drafts.

Prior to joining Tradd, Tara worked 13 years in the finance department for a large corporate insurance company. She is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting, is a lifelong resident of the Murrells Inlet area, and is active in the community.

Tradd Commercial Welcomes New Agent, Brad Davis.

Tradd Commercial is proud to announce its newest addition, Brad Davis. Davis focuses on the office/medical sales and leasing marketing in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina MSA. He has been involved in the commercial real estate industry in multiple capacities since 2005. Prior to entering brokerage, Davis served as an analyst, monitoring commercial land sale trends for the southeast’s leading provider of commercial real estate data.

In 2007, Davis was hired by John Dixon & Associates, one of America’s leading real estate auction companies, to manage online auctions and business development. He assisted numerous regional and national financial institutions and the FDIC with the liquidation of over $300 million in REO portfolios.

Davis is a graduate of Georgia Southern with a degree in Business Administration and holds real estate licenses in both South Carolina and Georgia. He is a member of the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors, where he is a member of the Commercial Investment Division. His family attends First Methodist Church of  Myrtle Beach.

Tradd Announces New Autocross Sponsorship

Tradd Companies today announced the expansion of its sponsorships into motorsports by entering the Sports Car Club of America’s SCR Autocross Championship Series; through a multi-year sponsorship of the C-Street Nissan 350Z. The alliance officially began in Darlington SC on February 19, 2017 with the driver, Greg George, as the Charleston native took to the track for the first time and placed 4th in a field of 16.

The Tradd logo will be the prominent feature on the Nissan and Maserati cars
 driven by George on the racing circuit, as well as the team’s gear and accessories. As part of the sponsorship, Tradd Companies will have significant visibility as their new motorsports group competes in the SCR Autocross Championship Series across the Southeast region in nine races from Darlington (last month) to Charleston and Myrtle Beach, before returning to Darlington later this year.

Tradd Commercial is proud to announce its newest addition, Heyes Goldfinch. Goldfinch began his career in commercial real estate in 2016 and joined Tradd Commercial in 2017. Goldfinch specializes in timber and development tracts in the Myrtle Beach MSA. He brings a wealth of knowledge regarding the timber and development market to the Tradd team.

Goldfinch is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a degree in Communications and a minor in Business. He is a member of First United Methodist Church of Conway and is actively involved in his community, serving in leadership capacities with the Conway Chamber of Commerce.

He is a licensed South Carolina REALTOR®, and is a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, where he is a member of the Commercial Investment Division. Prior to real estate, Goldfinch was the 5th generation to work in his family’s business, Goldfinch Funeral Services. Through his tenure, he learned the importance of work ethic, communication, customer service, and integrity.
